Selamat berpuasa dan Selamat Hari Raya!

Lama kan tak update...

Nothing interesting to update. Career wise not a good year in terms of overall.. I got promotion alhamdulillah but the overall feel wasnt that fantastic.  I guess that is just normal everywhere.

House - nothing much. I bought a couple of paintings from Bali but havent been able to put it up Planned to put that up on the living room's wall. So nothing to see. I also like KUFI that comes with glass frame.. nice to hang it on the dining room's wall but rm580 so KIV lah kan obviously.


Backyard or garden - still nothing...


Bau busuk... - a couple of days ago, the smell came back stronger... something like when we first moved here. So it was so depressing at times. But yesterday was ok through out.

Road condition -this is most irritating because it spoilt my car.  I tend to agree with one blogger comment, jalan kat kampung dia lagi bagus dari Pajam. Yes so true!

Quarry - another depressing sight. I just hate to see how the company that runs it flourish, with extension of buildings etc... so not environmental friendly but who am I to complaint. If I am the one that authorize the approval I would have disapprove it 100 times.

Komuter - I still love it is nearby. convenient to us esp when recently one of our car broke down. 

House - yes still love it. wish i have more $$$ to do more stuff... currently the house is in BAU mode. no plan to improve the look or etc... too busy as well. ZZzzzZZZzzzz..hehe..

Tinted windows - something i never regret doing. esp when my house is facing the main road.


Kitchen cabinet - love the deep sink. my best decision I guess.

Ok that's all. Nothing much.

review on current project

Not only I started on a lot of projects but also abandon half the projects. or all of them kot?


Work is getting busy...


Rumah tak semua project selesai.


Gardening just put on holds.


Focus area now is the children.


Sampai simpang siur nak ingat jadual mereka...


DS - monday, tuesday and thurs ada tuition sekolah, tapi pada masa yg sama ada lak sekolah agama... tak cukup dari itu, ada plak tasmik... hari yang sama waktu yang sama...

and DS pegi enrol kelas bola keranjang jugak... waduh!


Dylan shared the same schedule macam abangnya. but on top of that  wednesday dia ada sekolah tambahan...


so yg jadik stress ialah kena selang seli dengan sekolah agama and tasmik tu yang agakkk tak boleh angkat. camner nak ingat???? kalau tempat kerja ada deadline, maulah ada gak yang terlupa!


DD plak ada kelas tambahan (UPSR this year) god knows hari apa... uwaaaa....  i lost her schedule..is it mon, tue and thurs?... schedule lain ada kat notice board. ye kami beli notice board sampai 3!!! sebab banyak sangat notices dari sekolah! and resit! sangat nak kena organize with files bagai!


And on top of her kelas tambahan, malam ada lagi tuition , hari selasa , khamis and jumaat. (these class is good sebab dia baru attend 1 week, dia boleh paham.. cikgu dari Bangi katanya)....

Saturday - pagi taekwondo for all, petang baru relekss...

Sunday - paling hectic! 230 kelas mengaji taranum di kg batu muda di gombak with Ustaz Nik Zalizan yg dulu pernah appear diTV9... then rush back all the way to bukit mahkota for 530pm piano class...


Entahlah... dari mereka main game baik penuhkan masa lapang dengan extra curriculum yang lebih bermanfaat. mak pun pengsan jugak sebab nak exam ni...

1 year anniversary in Pajam

Salam all...


Sorry for the lack of update.. Trying to commit to my study for the certification, tapi banyak main dari baca buku. Tempat lepak nowadays is cyberjaya shaftbury. Best untuk study especially during public holidays.


So we move in late december but officially we start living in January... Teringat betapa chaoticnya keadaan masa tu sebab kena tukar sekolah... we did not find taekwondo class or piano class sebab tak berapa active mencari.. cari dengan google dan cari dengan kereta tapi tak ada jodoh kot. Either call tak berjawab or tempat dah penuh dengan student...


So akhirnya setahun selepas pindah baru resume taekwondo and kelas piano. We found a place in Bukit Mahkota / Seri Putera. Even tuition pun enrol kat sana....


Community Seri Putera/BM ni lebih kurang macam Bangi, ramai melayu, and imho, ramai mid age professionals staying there so the place is definitely more mature than Pajam...


Entah kenapa Nilai tak berapa ada jodoh dengan kami..... So we have to drive about 20mins to the classes.


The only difficulties left are the tahfiz part time class and chinese tuition.. We are still searching.........


Update on bau busuk, and all the negative things.... Either we have immuned to it or..... memang dah jarang..... boleh jer lepak2 kat luar... pagi or malam... cuma masa jer tak ada.


Update on gardening.... grrr got no time to maintain... no wonder ramai orang malaysia simenkan jer tanah kat rumah haha.....


Update on our house developer... adalah komplen 1-2 yang lambat sangat nak attend... tatau kenapa tapi cermin tu selalu sangat retak.. rupanya dia tak secure dengan silicone... angin sangat kuat plak... toilet seat and leaked at false ceiling ada 1-2 spot. mula2 dulu cepat kita complaint, now ni dah sibuk lambat sket kita complaint....


I guess everywhere is the same? Sebab rumah my brother sunway kayangan pun complaint pasal ceiling bocor ni berbulan2 tak di attend..kata dia... dah replace, bocor lagi. So I guess, kenalah kita semua bersabar... teringat kata my realtor sifu (dulu i ni housing agent hihi) di Singapore dulu...."Just sell the house.. dun think much....99% of buyer will have regrets with their purchase.. no house is perfect.. but home...will bring happiness to a family......."



Whatever that means, we still love our house, and the space.. kadang2 wish that we have a bigger land haha tapi reset balik thinking that..... jangan tengok dengan apa yang orang ada, tapi tengok dengan apa yg orang tiada.... jangan la tamakkkkk.... bersyukur....


Ya... saya sangat bersyukur, Alhamdulillah ada rumah....
